  1. Watch what you eat

Most of the calories that you intake are from the food you eat. It is likely that you love fries and junk food, but do you know they are the best way to put on those extra kilos? Actually you know about it, but do not know how to control it! Start a watch on what you are eating, eat healthy and fresh food. Avoid fries, food cooked with much oil and baked food. Do not eat fatty food. Eta high fibre food that will keep you full for long.

Controlling what you eat will make your calorie intake controlled but the next thing you require is reducing those extra pounds and for that exercising will help. For successful weight loss, you need to undergo a regular exercise regime. If required you can start under any trainer or try out different health videos available online. Your goal is to exercise regularly to stay healthy, both physically and mentally.

  1. Drink plenty of water

Drinking water regularly is great for weight loss. Sometimes what you feel like hunger can be curbed when you drink water. It helps in keeping your body fluids active and also helps in detoxification of your body. However, while drinking water doesn’t drink those sugary carbonated drinks. They will not help in reducing weight, but increase it! Keep a check on liquid calories too.

Most of the time, for reducing weight you stop eating and start dieting. It is a concept that will not help if you do not plan it beforehand. Stock your kitchen with diet-friendly food. Plan out the meals and what are you going to eat. Do not give many gaps in between two meals. Take in small amount but eat after two hours. Drinking water in between will keep you full and do not let you eat too much!

  1. Stay positive

Finally, remember that weight loss is a gradual process and you cannot achieve it within a few days. You have to be focused on what you are doing. Stay positive, do not fall prey to negative words from others. Always tell your every morning that ‘you can’ and you will grow that confidence.
