Your liver is detoxifying your body naturally by removing the toxins. Still, if you follow these natural ways for detoxification you will found your skin glowing and body healthy.

  1. Keep yourself hydrated

Most people know the importance of water for their body, but they might choose to ignore. However, when you want to detox your body you need to drink plenty of it. Water is not only important for survival but it is great for detoxifying. It removes the toxins from your body, help in weight loss, and let the body function better. You need to drink at least 4 to 5 litres water every day. If you can add some mint leaves or oranges to it then you will get some healthy drinks.

Now people are most dependent on packaged food that is full of preservatives. These are harmful to your body and you keep on consuming them with food. Instead, go for fresh vegetables and fruits. There are simple exercises like pushups, crunches, squats and forward planks and others that can be done at home at your convenient time regularly.

Fasting has a good effect on your digestive system. When you do not eat heavy meals and stay on fresh fruits and veggies, your gut gets to relax. The digestive system gets the rest it requires and also rejuvenates during this period. After fasting, you will find yourself more energetic and feel lighter.

  1. Adopt a green diet

Make smoothies and drink them, it is the best way to add greens to your diet. Make smoothies out of lettuce, spinach, carrot, cucumber, beetroot, kale and any other vegetables. You can also try out fruit smoothies, they are even tastier. Use fruits like apples, strawberries, bananas and others and drink the smoothie. They are quite effective in detoxification of your body. They are most effective when you drink them either in the morning or late in the evening.
