What Is Chondroitin?
Chondroitin is formed of sugar chains that are found naturally in the connective tissue of animals as well as humans. It is believed that it helps the body in maintaining its fluid and flexibility of joints. With these properties, it is used as a supplement in higher doses for treating osteoarthritis. It goes well with Glucosamine that is a sugar protein and human body in building cartilage. It is naturally occurring and is found in bone marrow, bones, fungus and shellfish. Like, some have headaches, rashes, mood change, hives and others. Although such effects are very rare and most people find it safe if taken in desired does.
