  1. How do I create an account?

Click on the My Account icon at the top right corner next to the cart icon. This should bring you to the Login/ Registration page. Enter your email address and password and you will be good to go!

  1. I’m having trouble logging into my account. What do I do?

Follow the following steps if you are having trouble logging in:

  • Clear your browser cache and history. Restart the browser and try logging in again.
  • Make sure that your username/email and password are the correct ones and are entered correctly.
  • If you think that you may have forgotten your password, click the “Lost your password?” link and follow the steps provided to reset your password.
  • If you are still unable to login to your account, contact us at with details of the issue.
  1. Can I purchase a product without registering for an account?

Unfortunately it’s necessary to create the account. By creating the account, It will allow you to check your recent orders, shipping details and more!


  1. How long do I wait till my order is confirmed?

As soon as you have placed an order and payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. The email is a guarantee that your order has been confirmed. Without this email, your order would not have been confirmed.

  1. Can I make changes to/cancel my order after it has been paid for and confirmed?

Unfortunately, amendments/cancellations can cause delays to your and possibly other customers’ orders.  This is because all orders are processed immediately. Kindly review your items at checkout before confirmation.

  1. Is it possible to make bulk purchases and get a discount?

For bulk purchase of 10 orders or more, contact us at  We will review and offer  more discount.


  1. What payment methods do you offer?

  1. I have completed a payment but have not received a confirmation email. What do I do?

If you have placed an order and have not received a confirmation email in 24 hours, please contact us at Do not repeat the same order in order to avoid any duplication.


We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

  1. How much is the shipping cost for the products?

  3. Courier? Upon order confirmation, your package will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2-3 business days. You can expect your delivery within the above timeframe (but there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package over to third-party courier partners).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to addresses in Singapore. But fret not, international shipping will be coming very soon!


  1. What is the return policy?
  2. You shall examine the goods upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be expired, missing, incorrect or damaged inside after receiving the order, claims for return/exchange (if any) must be sent to within the next 7 business days from the date of delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your request and claims.

Delivery charges, Promotional items or Vouchers are non-refundable.

All goods must be returned in original packaging.
